Return & Refund Policy

At Rivaen, we aim to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return policy before making a request.


Eligibility of Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • For returns due to missing product or products, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • Returned items must be:

    • In new and unused condition.

    • Accompanied by all original tags and labels.

Important: Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the product may result in the claim being rejected. Rivaen Store reserves the right to make the final decision on all return claims.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Rivaen account.

  2. Navigate to the Order Details section and click on the “Request Return” button (top right beside “Buy Again” button) within the specific order in your account and raise a request, providing a reason for the return.

  3. Send the required unboxing video to  care.rivaen@gmail.com, along with your order details and a description of the issue.

  4. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on returning the product through our logistics partner.


Important:

  • Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up and to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, increasing the overall timeline.

  • Please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse all reasonable shipping costs (up to ₹70) incurred by you for processing such returns.

Refund Process

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will process your return. We will initiate the refund to the original payment mode used at the time of purchase.

Please allow at least 5 to 8 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your payment account, depending on your credit card/bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Exchanges

Rivaen Store does not offer exchanges.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns due to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items will be borne by Rivaen Store.
